You record with our desktop app, upload an existing audio or video file, or paste in a transcript — no bot ever joins your meetings. Protokol transcribes what you provide and checks your own list of questions — a compliance form, an intake checklist, an interview guide — against what was actually said. After each meeting you get a clear answer sheet: which questions were answered (with the exact quote), which were only partially covered, and which were missed, plus a summary, action items, and a drafted follow-up.
